the paperwork

Privacy policy.

effective 18 july 2026 · applies to reproloop.com

This policy says what we collect, why, and what we never do. It is short because the site collects almost nothing. The operator is [legal entity] ("Reproloop", "we").

What we collect.

  • Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist we store the email address you submit, a timestamp, and which page the signup came from.
  • Server logs. Like nearly every server, ours keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for security and operations. They rotate out on a short schedule.

What we do with it.

The waitlist email is used to tell you when access opens, and for rare project updates before then. Reply to any email and we will remove you. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

What we never do.

  • No selling or renting your data, to anyone, ever.
  • No advertising trackers and no analytics scripts.
  • No cookies. The site sets none.

Third parties.

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when serving them, as with any resource loaded from a third party. That is the only third-party request the site makes.

Where your data lives.

Waitlist data is stored on our own server in the European Union. It is not mirrored into third-party marketing tools.

Retention.

Waitlist entries are kept until the product launches or you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first.

Your rights.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where GDPR or similar laws apply, these are legal rights. One email is enough: [contact email].

Changes.

If the site starts collecting anything new, this policy changes in the same release, and the effective date above moves.
