What these terms cover.

These terms govern your use of this website and the Reproloop waitlist, operated by [legal entity] ("Reproloop", "we"). By using the site or joining the waitlist you accept them. They cover the website only: it is an informational site for a product that has not launched.

The software is licensed separately.

Reproloop core is open source under the GNU AGPL v3. Your use of that code is governed by its license, not by these terms. Nothing here limits any rights the license grants you.

The waitlist.

Joining the waitlist reserves nothing and obliges neither of us. We may open access in stages, change the product, or not launch at all. How we handle the email address you give us is described in the privacy policy.

Benchmark results.

Published benchmark results are provided for transparency, as measured at the stated dataset and version. They are not a promise about future performance, ours or anyone else's.

Acceptable use.

• Do not disrupt the site or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Do not submit email addresses that are not yours.
• Do not scrape or spam the waitlist endpoint.

No warranty.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, and promise neither.

Liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is $0.

Changes.

We may update these terms. The effective date above moves when we do, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
